My mod won't turn on and heats up

I don't have a clue about what is going on with my box mod it just won't turn on but it heats up. My local vape shop doesn't know what's wrong either. HELP!!!

What mod is it?....If it has a USB charging port, try plugging it in. This may reset the device.

Yeah, definitely need to know what mod you're talking about! What heats up? What atomizer are you using? What is the resistance of the coil? Currently, there are too many variables to give you some advice.

Well I use a tank and it works on other mods so I know it's the mod just not what's wrong.

First thing is, I hope you removed the batteries until you find out more about what is causing this, please stop using it until you do.
