My vision spinner 2 won't charge

Hi. I bought a vison spinner 2 online and I tried it with two chargers. It would charge for second and the light on the battery would start blinking but than my charger would not charge it anymore. If anyone could help me please. (Those pictures were within 10 seconds.)

If it gone green its charged. They normally come charged. Try using it for a while. Few hours. Then try again to charge it.
