Nautilus 1:1 Clone safe?

I purchased a Nautilus off eBay they I find out its a 1:1 clone. It is made by Cherry Bomb, they say it is called the Black hawk, but I can't find any information on it. Are these 1:1 clones safe?

Clones are usually as good as the original, on rare occasion, they are even better. However, almost every clone needs a good cleaning, due to the left over machine oil used during production.

Clean it well and vape it.
