So I'm in the market for a new clearomizer and want the best airflow for lung hits and vapor production. I've looked at the nautilus and the genitank mega. Obviously the genitank is a bit cheaper, but that isn't really an issue. Which do you think is a better buy? I also really don't want to have to worry about flooding, leaking, etc. but I know sometimes this is unavoidable. Thanks, any help is appreciated.

BVC coils (Nautilus) are the most widely praised stock heads, but are again more pricey. The Genitank is a budget buy, so if money isn't a problem get an Aerotank version instead.
The Beyond Vape Silo tank accepts Nautilus BVC's and has better airflow than either of those, though, so you should take a look at that.
