    Unintended consequence of idiots who carry loose batteries in their pocket.
    Though the Navy claims to have sailors who had facial damage from 'exploding' e-cigarettes.

    I wonder how many other devices they use have the same or similar type of batteries? My guess is a lot.

    Its a mindset from the big chief and all his lackies and lickspittles in DC and their usual disregard for enlisted ranks and junior officers that actually work and keep the Navy a functional military force of bad assery.
