TFA Orange Cream is good stand alone at 7-10%.
(you can add some VBIC, or Cream if needed)

But my favorite now is CAP Sweet Tangerine.
Got a recipe close to being finished I'll post up soon.

Since just Cap Sweet Tangerine (@14% plus my base) is on my ADV lineup, I'll be looking forward to that! :bliss:

Bat Snap, when I want orange with zest, I reach for the plastic tank cracking INW Shisha Orange.

1.5 - 2% seems low for getting flavor. Is it a mild orange/mandarin?
I haven't vaped them standalone - i find this works in a mix when I want orange to stand out. This is where I would start standalone tho! They are strong flavourings!

Okay. I have a bunch of odd fruit flavors that I want to put together, but I want to taste them first. Part for knowing the taste and part knowing what percentage strength for the future.

I did 8% single fruit flavor and 2% Sweet Cream. I did them yesterday and have been shaking them. Tomorrow I will start tasting and recording notes.

I don't know, it seems many recipes have a percentage for a "primary" flavor a little higher. Supporting flavors are lower in percent. Anyway, mine may go down or up. I have Mango, Pomegranate, Dragon Fruit, Apple, Apple Tart, and a Citrus. Yes, that is 6.

I have a DIY Orange Banana that tastes like an Orange Julius or a Cream-cicle. It is a flavor that is premixed and I went 8% with it.

Hope this gives you an idea!

do you have a recipe for an orange peel ice cream?

Nope, only because I just prefer the sweeter things.
But I'd guess at 2-3% FA Orange + 4% CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
And maybe even some CAP Greek Yogurt for a little additional sourness.

TFA Orange Cream is somewhat like an Orange Creamsicle to me as a stand alone.
But at amounts higher than 5-7% the Orange seems more dominant IMO.
Which is why I like to add more Cream & Vanilla.
I've also used CAP Orange Creamsicle and FW Orange Dream Bar stand alone, both of which are pretty decent Creamsicles.
