First of all, that is a regulated mod. It has software to manage your amps and voltage which translates into watts.
So all you really need to worry about is staying above the minimum resistance your mod will fire at. Usually 0.10 ohm. (that one might be 0.05)
Since you are planning to use dual coils.. you half the resistance of your coils.. for example
Mix Twisted Coil (0.45ohm) x2 = 0.225 ohms. Well above your bottom limit. All you really need to worry about is having enough power to heat the coils. The more wire you use, the more watts you need. You have 160 watts which should be enough.

Coils aren't that hard, unless you are doing some fancy stapled, zipper, clown porn coil. lol

These are your 4 basic coil builds for new builders. (usually most people stick with these because they are so easy)

0.5 and 0.45 or 0.25 or 0.225 aren't really all that low. They may look low compared to what you are used to though.
If your build IS to low, don't panic. Your regulated mod just will not fire and give you a "Ohm to low" error message.
Regardless, only use quality Samsung, LG or Sony batteries. Even regulated mods are not 100% safe. Which is where high quality batteries make a difference. Every thing you see on the internet about exploding batteries is due to cheap batteries being misused.
