SB 65 -- the massive e-cig tax bill (4 cents per mg of nicotine) has been scheduled for a hearing TODAY (Wed. Feb. 18) at approximately 2 PM before the Senate Corporations & Transportation Committee.
We need vendors to get to Santa Fe to testify. This tax would put you out of business and the legislators need to understand this. Vapers, we need you too! Most importantly, do NOT endorse any level of taxation beyond sales tax.
