A better question might be whether or not the total amount of nic has been reduced...many of us reduce the nic as our devices get better.
The amount of liquid vaporized by a pen type mod with a ce4 as compared to a dual coil RDA is a huge difference. When I first vaped with an ego/ce4 I vaped 18 to 24 mg liquid but now I'm running an RX200S with a velocity RDA and 2 mg liquid.
Am I consuming less nic now? I doubt it but that is not my goal.

^^^ What he said Started at 24mg as the equipment got better started getting nic sick and started lowering the nic. Now vaping 3mg and for a noticeable nic buzz I vape at 6mg I think you'll find that most people have dropped nic as the clouds go up. I know it doesn't answer your question but.....
Yeah it's been a year and I bounce from 36 to 12 and back.
