No luck with Apricot

Been trying to make a good Apricot juice for a while now with no success.

Got FA, TFA and CAP Apricot and I seem to think that CAP is the best and FA is the worst.

Anyone care to suggest a recipe with dominant Apricot flavor?

The Apricot flavors I've tried are also weak in taste, so I mix with Peach.
Not much noticeable difference tho, as the Peach dominates the weaker Apricot.

Peach & Apricot are both from the same genus.
Although each are grown in different climates, have a different texture, etc.
Taste is pretty close between the 2 IMO.

Peach is more juicy compared with an apricot. Apricot can be tart, but it contains more sugar and it is generally sweeter than peach.

By adding more sweetness to a Peach flavoring to imitate and Apricot, you may get a bit closer.

I haven't played around with the CAP sample I have, just yet, but with FA, I do get a good taste using a higher %. It's just not very strong, regardless.

I have some CAP Apricot I haven't tried yet. I'll whip up a batch and see.

Spur of the moment reply, I'll try to check myself later...

I think the only Apricot I've had was a Pineapple Apricot Smoothie (probably MFS or MVS) and it was so damn tasty I banged out my own DIY... nailed it too, just never made a recipe for it.

Now I'll have to make it again, been quite a while.

eta: Sorry, dammit... it was pineapple Mango.

But an Apricot variation sounds good... have to see if I actually have any Apricot.

I've only tried INW Apricot and at all %'s tried could only get a faint apricot flavor.
