OKL2-T20 switch functions in reverse??

Hi guys,

I've been building boxes for a while now - this is my first OKL build. I followed this diagram -

Now, the wiring is not mounted in a box yet. it is boarded to test. Everything functions correctly, potentiometer adjusts as it should, firing works -now the problem. I must hold down the momentary switch to achieve "OFF' state. When I release the switch, the circuit fires. Where did I go wrong that the switching is backwards?? Any ideas?

For reference, here is a video of the layout in action - not that I am 'releasing' the switch to make it fire. Ignore the modmeter, I removed that from the picture and the result is the same.
