I am 62 started vaping January 2015. No cigs since. Fell much better and smell better too.
Had smoked since about 18....

Hang in there it is much healthier and enjoyable than smoking.

LOTS cheaper too especially if you make your own ejuice like many of us do.

Smoked from 18 till 50+, then one day switched to vaping and never looked back. Love it.
At the 8 month mark, feeling flipping great !

Glad you switched, keep at it.. maybe a tweak or two you might need if you start to feel the urge .. dont be afraid to ask here.. buncha good people.

45 ain't old i'm 60, vaping 5 years after many failed attempts with regular methods. Watch out for the shinyitis bug though, have enough kit to start a shop
