Current house bill is a defacto ban in the guise of keeping it out of the hands of minors.
It is a reclassification to a smoking device, called an inhalant device lumped in CBD and tobacco products.
I suggest any Oregonian read it not skim over it.
Unless it is FDA approved in the bills own wording it is banned for the most part.
