Petitioning Delaware General Assembly 148 Vote NO to HB5

I can tell by reading the comments in the petition that the Delaware legislators need to spend more time looking at how to educate the people in their state and less time trying to protect the revenue streams of big tobacco, big pharm, as well as their tobacco taxes. The spelling in the majority of those comments is atrocious! Once again, a solution in search of a problem.
