Oh brother....you know, the money they're wasting to scrape the bottom of the barrel and just make shit up could be used for actual research.

Yes, but the research wouldn't give them what they want to hear. Vaping will be bad until they figure out how to tax it to the hilt like tobacco, then it will magically be not so bad any more.

Regardless of the science e-juice and any other nicotine products will eventually be regulated and likely taxed.

We're in a spot right now where everything is up in the air. The FDA hasn't decided anything and people are going full bore.

It usually takes those big agencies a few years to catch up to regulation unless there are acute symptoms (death) for the majority.

Personally I hope this doesn't happen. Just like alcohol during the prohibition and the feds adding wood alcohol to the bootleg stuff to hurt people even after the last speakeasy distillation something will happen with e-cigs that makes a public outcry, then regulation and taxation.

For those who don't know, home distillers don't ever make people go blind or die. That only happened during prohibition when the Feds were poisoning the supply, eventually with wood alcohol.

It's amazing though how the stories pass through hysteria and media.
