(Q) Mod part, mixing

Does all mod use same threading? There is a mod i like that has no lock feature, was wondering if i can buy a lock part off ebay from mod A and use it on the mod B

no, some have the same but even the top cap and switch sometimes have different thread pitch. sorry. there are some that are the same there is a post on fasttech with a lot of mods and threads there.
