(Q) Who drill hole in mod

Anyone know what small workshop or people who can drill vent hole in my mod?
My mod has 2 vent hole on bottom, block by a ring.
I try blowing through it unlock and lock position, but don't feel the slightest of air, so i want to drill another larger hole.

Wonder if home depot has drilling service

The right drill bit, hand drill and patience, you could do it. I know some B&M stores drill attys, worth a shot. Also ask at you local hardware store, they may or may know who will.

just grab your phone book, look up Machine Shop. It will cost you around 10 to 20 bucks to take it in and have someone put a few vent holes in it, at the most.
