Quick question about parallel box mod and lower ohms

hey guys so I have a authentic cherry bomber which is dual 1860 parallel does this mean I should be okay going lower ohms than I would with 1 1860 currently in at .2ohms would it be safe to go to .1

Yes... but how much lower will depend on the batteries. And how many batteries are in parallel.

yeah you should be fine. essentially you can half the amount of ohms and still be safe (assuming the batteries are properly married).
