RDA setup

Hey guys, i'm looking into setting myself with a RDA. I currently have a RTA (The mini volt 40w kit), but after running into some issues with it I think I want a RDA. I need both a RDA and mod for under $40 (A bit over is fine)
Any suggestions are open. I am a complete beginner to RDA's, but I think I would like a RDA that has good flavor and good cloud production.
I don't know much about mods, so suggestions and explanations would be appreciated.

Hard to recommend an RDA when you don't say exactly what you're looking for in an RDA, but I'll recommend one anyway.

Not sure if you want to go the bottom feed route or not. If you get these Velocities they come with a hex screw in the contact pin. Leave the hex screw in the pin to use the RDA as a standard dripping atty, take it out to use it as a bottom feeder.

Difficult suggesting a mod not knowing if you want bottom feed or not. FastTech has both a Coppervape & Reo Grand style bottom feeding mod. The Reo style is under around $27. The Coppervape runs around that for the mod only, or a full kit for around $32.

You already have a mod right? Why not get a smaller rda that you don't have to put a high wattage build in to get good vape out of it.

A flavor rda like the Derringer or many others can vape very well at 25w to 30w.
Pick up a clone from china for $10 and then you have time to save up for a better higher power mod and a velocity or whatever you want.
