Shake and vape

I have heard the term shaking and vape but what constitutes a shake and vape is it something that doesn't have to steep so nothing that contains cream or ethyl alcohol what flavors generally are used in a shake and vape

It's a juice that you mix and vape that either doesn't need to steep or tastes good without steeping.

It's nothing specific aside from a recipe that's good freshly mixed - generally it will avoid creams and flavors containing alcohol because they naturally require steeping /aging, but that's not a commandment. If it tastes good fresh, it's a shake-n-vape.
