can i put a tfv8 v8-t8 in my 220w t-priv because I cannot find any big baby beast coils

Smok does not make things easy. TFV8 Baby and Big Baby coils are compatible for the Baby and Big Baby tank. TFV8 Cloud Beast tank takes different/larger coils also called "T8,Q4, etc, but it will have a V8 in front i.e. V8-T8, V8-Q4. That's how you can tell the difference. Welcome to VU.
