Smok Alien 220W already loose at the back ?

Hey,

i've had my Smok Alien 220W for about 4 days and then it got loose at the back, where the smok label is printed on.
A friend of mine got the same problem.
I contacted the page where i got it from and they said i could send it back to them and they gonna check on it.
But i would rather not, if its "normal" if you know what i mean...

I've had mine awhile now, use it quite a lot every day, and there's nothing loose on it.

You could put a piece of thin foam, or something, between that panel and the mod body underneath. The screws holding the mod together are torx T5.
Remove the bottom 3 screws(inside the battery door).
Slide that part down. Then slide the trim panel down and off.
Be careful of the buttons falling out. Press a piece of Scotch tape firmly across the screen and buttons to hold them in place. When removing/replacing the trim panel, pull outward on the screen side to give the buttons room to slide into place.
