smok q4 rta

So I bought the smoke rta with the quad build deck. Straight out of the box the pre-made coils that where installed are shorting out. It worked well for over an hour but now it says atty short. I looked at it but just can't figure it out?

Make sure all the screws are tight on the coils and on smok tanks the deck itself can come loose...make sure thats tight....i usually loosen it then re-tighten it...Other than that not sure what it could be.
