N00B question:
I was wondering if my VTC4 could handle 0.19 ohm and 0.23 ohm builds?

Yes. A .19 build is about 22 amps max even if the mods resistance is ignored and a full 4.2v is used for the calculation. No problem for a vtc4.

Mine do on a regular basis...... .17 specifically on dual battery mech box mods.

God this is embarrassing to ask (i obviously need to read up on dual battery stuff) but would a dual battery setup equal twice the amperage? for example 2 VTC4's (30A each) would be the equivalent of a max load of 60A?

If the batteries are in parallel the amp limit is doubled. It stays the same as a single cell if they're in series.
