Stuck on 3.2 volts

Good evening everyone,
This is my first time on here so wanted to say hello to everyone and just recently bought an eleaf istick 30w sub ohm plus Aspire clearomiser 2.1 ohm.

All was going really well until having locked it then unlocked the volts, it is now stuck on 3.2v and I can't figure out how to get it to move upwards. I've checked websites, manuals, etc but I just can't find any advice on this.

Anyone's enlightenment on this would be hugely appreciated...

Is the resistance still showing as 2.1 ohms? Assuming you were successful in unlocking by holding the up and down buttons for 2 sec, can you 3 click the power button to wattage mode? Have you tried to adjust the voltage with the Aspire off the Istick? Strange as it seems my 50W can sometimes be reset by plugging in the charger, worth a try. That's about all I can think of ATM.
