subox mini full battery flashing

my subox mini started to do so...
The battery is flashing full and don't work at all... cant change watt can't fire... nothing..
did try with different battery...
turn on and off..

have you a solution or is defective?

OK, the issue I've seen with these is the charging indicator doesn't shut off, is that what you're talking about? Mine did that but still allowed me to adjust settings and fire, it was a short in the USB port and after I removed all the USB pins it stopped flashing and just kept working. Made the USB port unusable, but I don't need it anyway personally as I have an external charger.
