Hey there everyone, just really excited about vaping and just bought a new setup! Got a 150w Cuboid with some big ass smok tank. I've been hitting it at 70w and loving every minute of it!!! Don't really like the battery life so far and my charger seems to not really charge all that well but when the stars align and I actually get to hit the thing it's truly magical. I've been vaping at 70w on it and seems to do the trick without killing batteries too quickly. Anyways just wanted to say HI and how much I look forward to getting some great information from all you wonderful people on here!

Do you 2 have any recommendations for batteries and a decent charger? I don't have alot of money left to spend right now and really need a solution cause I love vaping so much it really helping with cigarette cravings. Haso anyone got goofed on both before?

Welcome to VU Lance! What batteries did you get?

Here is a good guide to batteries and their mAh life and amps --- mooche is the "battery god" for testing and performance.

The best batteries for life and amps is the Samsung 30Q and the Sony VTC6 battery. Always make sure to purchase batteries from a reputable source (not China and Ebay is not recommended)

A good charger (that I'm aware of and use) is the Nitecore D2 or D4.

Thank you! My batteries are purple and called efest. Are they total garbage or what? Think my charger is more of the issue. It had no brand or markings on it at all.

Another recommendation on the batteries. Your MOD takes two batteries, so purchase a minimum of 4. A set in the charger and a set in the MOD. Then your not waiting for batteries to charger before taking on your vape. :shades: :cloud:

total garbage
I'm pretty sure others on here would call them just that... I personally have no experience with them because I purchase the ones I listed above based on recommendations from MANY others on this forum. They haven't let me down and my wife and I both vape HARD!!!

Yes indeed, we all make that mistake if not knowing any better. They are rewrapped batteries with inflated ratings.

Hello and Welcome Lance- I use Samsung 25r and LG HE4(yellow) and LGHG2(brown) 18650 batteries.
I use a Nitecore i2(2016 version) works great and I also have the XTAR Rocket - battery chargers
You should have 4 batteries, 2 can be charged and ready to switch out. Remember to always keep your spare batteries in a plastic battery case for safety- do not throw loose batteries in your pocket,bag,drawer- not safe and can go boom!
I smoked cigarettes for over 30+ years, cut back on cigs for a few weeks and set my quit date for Dec1,2014- and while I had urges for cigs, I didn't let them win! Will power and ecigs, but everyone quits differently and don't beat yourself up. Every cigarette not smoked is a victory!
Stay Strong and Vape On- You can do it!

Update... I ordered some LG HG2 batteries off one of the sites y'all recommended and went to the vape shop locally and got a nitetrain um20 charger. My charger must have sucked cause my batteries are already doing better today after receiving a full charge. It has a cute little led display as well and also I can use my car charger and plug it into the micro USB HOW NEAT IS THAT!!!!!!

Been vaping some juice that my buddy (who's as gay as licking an ice cream cone but still a great guy) makes and it's really good. Think he calls it Betty lol, only he would come up with a name like that! Anyways Betty is really good and he also gave me something called Tigers Blood that's super solid. Still loving it and going on a week with no smokes yippeee!
