I have been looking into different rda style tanks to put on top of this 510 threaded g-class. I made a small mistake of ordering a sub ohm tank with this, a vaporfi viper, and it is actually not a bad vaping experience considering I picked out kind if the wrong style tank for this box mod. I find myself vaping at only around 40 watts, when this thing can reach 200w. What type of tank would you put on top of this g-class if it we're you? Also, bonus side question, what stick style mod would you throw the viper sub ohm tank on to? I'm basically trying to right a wrong I made, and create two great working, compatible uppers & bottoms, and have two complete synergistic mods. I never went into a vape shop at first for information because I had some misconception that I wouldn't get reliable unbiased information from the attendant because a sale could possibly be on the line there (good idea, bad idea, I have no clue). I know this tank is way too skinny and tall for this G class, and I would absolutely LOVE something short and wide, and designed for 200w mods like this GC. Was thinking rbta at first, but have heard from more than two people that they tend to leak very, very easy, and the wicking of your juice isn't just quite as good as what a clearomizer even was in the day. I've heard of a rda like a "bee hive" or "honey stick", or something like tha the main guy up at the vape shop had (had to get juice, and mever went to a vape store for information, because iIwas worried that I had a higher degree of gaining incorrect . information, due to the possibility of a sale hindging on the convocation in the employee. IIwent in a bit back, and figured out that they would have just given me straight up answers to my questions before, and my worrying was unwarranted). Anywho, it's super squat, gold colored withwa yellowydrip tip, and hexagonal graphics around it. He says it's his favorite set he has used since he began vaping. I wondered how 200w didn't burn the e-juice all to hell and make it taste like a bucket of cold piss. But, he says the really good rda style tanks are like night and day in comparison to what I have on this thing now, compared to when I put a tank that can handle the full power of my g class. I want to replace the 200w tank, and put the viper sub ohm on some sort of stick mod I'm thinking, the shape seems to fit that profile pretty accurately (unless it's some vision spinner crap. Like a real, known name, solid stick mod to put the sub ohm viper on this. Vaporfi dosent even state the mm of the viper tank, or else I'd ask if you had a stick mod reccomendations that can put out 40watts or so, that would be super helpful as well. Ooooh, and for you g-class owners out there, what exactly does the hit style setting particularly do on here? I know the power+ is stronger than power, then subsequently standard, soft, then eco towards the bottom of that list. I find I like standard or eco the most, but would really want more vapor, but when I raise the wattage, I get into burn zone (ps: I managed to slip a 1.2 ohm in it, but have a .75, and a .5 ohm for when I learn more about this mod, and I'm more learned-up' on sub ohm, and don't have to worry as much about blowing one of those super low coils. I try to put it up to power, one setting above standard, and it begins to almost ghost hit my inhales, and does not taste as good. I'm still trying to figure out how to fine tune this thing, because I don't know which values to go to to create X experience on the vape (yet). I know I'll eventually figure it out, as it's still fairly new to me. But, I tell you what, I was a Dipper, and now I am a vapor', and the transition was WAAAAY easier than I thought it'd be, my mouth and gums haven't felt this good in 5 years. At first I thought I bought to high level of a vape and was in over my head, but now I feel like I made a good decision because day two felt like I was playing with the DaVinci code, and now atleast I know how to get to all the values to change them and stuff. Still haven't figured out how to set up any of the customizable preset settings, but it seems like a moot subject at this point, at least until I figure out which value effects EXACTLY how the vape will behave, and I just want to find just an absolute beast to put on top of this g class. THANK YOU ALL VERY, VERY, MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!
After posting this thread, I noticed how long it is, if you get to this part, I want to say thank you, seriously, from the bottom of my heart, because a lot of people will just skip over it because it requires over 30 seconds of reading. Anywho, thank you all so much for your wisdom. It's incredibly valuable to people just over the crawling to walking phase like me. Kudos to all of you people that have the ability to explain the same stuff to people over and over and not get angry with them in the long term. It's you people are what tilts way more people on the vaping fence to the right side, and make the decision to drop the tobacco. The switch was so easy (I've been a heavy, heavy smoker, then Dipper (couldn't smoke anything at night over there) AND smoker. Then stuck to dip for probably the past 8 years straight. I'm getting e-cigs for my parents for Christmas, because they only ones what I knew up to just like a week ago. All I knew were Blu cigs, and some clearomizers. They just didn't do it. I think texh has developed enough where I could get them vape pens (not the classic vape pen), and just buy them like a 4-5 different selection of different types of tobacco juices for them. The thickness and feeling of the vapor, and the hit is like stepping into a time machine by just waiting five years.
