yes you can buy different tanks for it. any tank should fit it fine (unless it's a tank made for hybrids which is rare) but the smok, ijoy, sense, uwell etc tanks will all work fine on it. The only thing is remember to buy a tank that takes coils that will work at your mods watt limit and also it's possible some tanks might hang over the sides. I'm not sure how big the 510 area is on the target
If it's a kit (no matter which one) then you're getting a specific mod and a specific tank.
These days the vast majority of mods and tanks use the same connector (510) which means you can mix and match and anything can connect to anything (besides a few exceptions where a mod only supports a certain size tank because of physical limitations).
It's just a matter of the wattage requirement of the chosen tank and the resistance of the coils used and the ability of the mod to supply it.
