Temperature control

I have heard a lot of people say that batteries don't last long on temperature control mods. Is this true?

I'm just guessing but I would think they would last longer because they reduce the power used when your temperature is reached.

I can only speak for my IPV4. It is my all day device and I get in excess of 24 hours on the 2 LG HE4's. Closer to 30 hours. That with a .1 build at 400 degrees and 40 Joules.
