I really want to make something similar to this. I feel in a way non of the FA, TFA or Inawera flavors I've ordered so far come close. Any advice?

Looks to be a tough one, especially considering I've heard most all the oatmeal flavors kinda suck.

I agree! I did try to find a recipe for OP but failed. I know ECX use to sell flavor express oats and oat milk.

I also looked for the oats at ECX before.
I did get one called Oak Milk tho.

I haven't tried but just noted that TFA has an oatmeal cookie flavor. Enjoy!
