I have a Haze rda tobeco clone. Very good quality & flawless machining. But the o-ring on the deck is super tight. I need to pull soo hard to get the cylinder part off. The deck has a thick o ring so i cant just replace with one of my tugboat v2's or its like not even having one. Its a pain to change cotton or clean it. Any tips for this?

Yep. When my Dark Horse is cleaned it's real hard to get the top on and off. Put a drop of juice on your finger and put it on the O ring. It lubes it up without any oil or anything and it goes on and off like butter after that. Also use a twisting clockwise motion when taking it on and off if the juice don't help.

Go to the hardware store, and get some different o rings.
