I'm a big fan of some INW tobaccos.
My personal, all-time, desert-island one from them is Vanilla for Pipe. Beautiful alone or with other stuff. (Really excellent with TFA Red Oak Tobacco, FA Oakwood and/or the Flavorah "faves." (Cured Tobacco, Kentucky Blend, Red Burley)) From the looks of things and chit-chat I witness, it's getting harder and harder to find.
Aside from that, let's see... Gold Ducat would be number 2 on that list. It's mellow and yellow and stands well on its own. Mixes well with "dirty" flavors, or take the high road with it and vanilla it up.
French Pipe would be number 3. Decent stand-alone, a little musky and a little more "punchy" than the previous two, but I enjoy those kinds of tobaccos and this is that without it being too skunky and offensive, or unpalatable.
Gold for Pipe is also a good vape, but it's got a little bit of a floral note to it that I don't dig in long sittings. Once in a while I'll run a tank of it, and it'll be fine and different and enjoyable, and I'm glad when the tank is done so I can get back to my regularly scheduled programming.
Shisha Vanilla, but ... I kinda can't recommend it as a tobacco, it's far more vanilla than anything tobacco related. Just a nod of recognition to this guy as I go down my line of them.
If you're looking for something as close to Hangsen as possible, look at Tobacco Symphony. It's very reminiscent of Hangsen's Highway, No. 5, and Gold & Silver flavors. Actually, if you threw those three together you'd probably get something close to INW Tobacco Symphony. I like it. It's pretty much, in my experience anyways, a one-ingredient, complex vape. Don't really need to church it up much, and I absolutely dig an occasional tank of those "Gold" flavors, as I've always considered them. Hangsen Highway and No. 5 are so very obviously ingredients in some vendor juices that I found when starting out, and my goodness gracious am I happy I found them again. Little strolls down Memory Lane, so I'm probably really prejudiced here.
Kinda think that's about it for my recommendations. I've tried others though, my thoughts on them:
Black for Pipe is meh. It's musky, it's strong and full flavored at low doses, but it's not particularly my cup of tea. Tastes a lot like someone was trying for an authentic cured kinda taste, it just doesn't get any lung-time with so many better tobacco flavors out there.
Tuscan Garden is ashy, dirty and musty smelling. I think it would do well with the right mix, but I don't dig it alone and haven't played with it.
Sphynx is lighter, floral and perfumey for my tastes. Almost fruity, I want to say there's an element of citrus in there, too, and nah, I didn't enjoy that one.
Morning Rain isn't exactly disliked, but not something I'd recommend out. It's a prominent profile with high notes of... something. To me, it kinda smells and tastes close to an air freshener, so I can't do it. Can't say it's terrible, just not for me.
Coffee Paradise Tobacco is gross.
Hope I've helped!
edit, tl;dr - Vanilla for Pipe, Tobacco Symphony, Gold Ducat, and French Pipe. Stay away from Coffee Paradise, it's nasty. If you want a couple killer tobaccos, look around for Flavorah's Cured Tobacco, Red Burley, Kentucky Blend. TFA's Red Oak Tobacco is excellent. FA Oakwood is awesome with almost anything tobacco related. FW Coumarin Pipe is my guilty pleasure, I drink that stuff, but everyone else hates it, so more for me.
