I didn't know where to put this but I figured it's GOOD because it further legitimizes the Vaping industry.

How much you guys want to bet that there are literally thousands of B&M's across the country that have no clue whatsoever about any of this? - 5150

Wouldn't take that bet....!!

Registration will always be a double-edged sword. It keeps a business "legal" for the time being, but it also provides the FDA a handy list to cross-check as soon as the PMTA deadline hits. If I owned a small B&M, it would have been a very difficult decision to make whether to register as a "manufacturer" last year, or simply to try to remain under the radar.
