traveling with my persceribed in colorado

I have been prescribed the ***oil for my 7 level spinal fusion. Needless to say, it works for my tremendous 24-7 pain. My question is, we've noticed in "our" ***stores here, there is a vape cig with the ***oil in it, around 18 bucks each. I REALLY don't want to take my pure oil because of how much it does cost, even with a license for ***. My question is: has anyone traveled on an airplane with these ecigs with the ***oil, and do I keep it on my personal carry on bag. We are going to Mexico, and I'm sure it will be gone by the time we come home, so I don't have to worry about customs... My husband smokes a regular "e-cig" and we travel all the time, and he's never had any issues with it. But I'm wondering about the ***ecigs? Please reply asap, as our vacation is coming soon. thanks
