Upgrading

im currently using an ego aio box, it is my first one, the .6 coils it came with lasted half a day each. I'm a DL vaper. Not sure the ego was the best suggestion to start with, but life did get a lot better when I went to .5 coils. However, I still want more air flow, so I'm looking to upgrade.

I was looking at the Smok Alien 85w and then started thinking about the Smok Alien 220w. I can't find any real comparisons between the 2, probably because they don't compare, but any reasons why I should get one over the other?

A little info, I vape at home and in the car, portability isn't a huge concern. Plus I'll still have the ego to throw in my pocket if need be. I prefer higher VG and I'm not opposed to learning to rebuild coils once I find a device I really love.

2 main differences between the 85 and 220.
The biggest difference is that the 85 is a single battery, and the 220 is a dual battery. You'll get more runtime from the 220, using the same wattage with both.
The 220 is slightly larger. However, it's still quite small.

I have the Alien 220w, and like it a lot. But if I didn't already have 2 of them, I would definitely get a Battlestar. From all I've read, it's a better mod.

While the Alien is very popular there are quite a few dual 18650 mods I would take over it. Definitely the Battlestar or Charon. I would also take the new IPV Vesta over it. If you are dead set on an Alien type mod I would look at the Predator as well.

Here are my reviews for the Battlestar and Vesta:

Thanks guys, I'll look up the Battlestar. I wasn't set on Alien. Just new.

The Battlestar is just the mod though right? So RTA, tank reccomendations?
No, I believe it comes as a kit as well. You can get it with an RDTA or RTA.

I reviewed both of them recently. I prefer the RTA.
