I use the .5 atimizier and the cubed device and I just wanted to know what setting and mode will give me full affact. Also is it better to keep the air vents open all the way or closed?

Can you tell us what you're using? Are you going for direct lung hits or mouth to lung?
Start low, build your way to your preferred taste, back off the wattage if it starts tasting weird. Whatever you prefer as far as air flow is what you should use.
