I just tried again a few minutes ago & found out that the code
did not work because I used copy/paste.
When I typed it in it worked.

For forum members reading this - a few months ago I ordered a Joyetech Egrip from Efun & I
made a mistake on my order. I contacted them via forum & email & they corrected my mistake
very quickly.
They shipped really fast too - 3 days from their US Warehouse to my door in southern Az..
just my 2 cents worth.
