I, too, received unsolicited ads from E-juice Corner. Tempted by their low prices, I submitted a small order to evaluate their order fulfillment practices and shipping times. Much to my surprise, within 2 hours my order was on its way.
I received my E-juice Corner order in record time and was so pleased with one of the products, I wanted to review it. I couldn't, however, find an option on the site to post a review. I sent the company an email, applauded their prices and fast delivery, expressed my anticipation of a great, ongoing realtionship with them then asked about reviews.
E-juice Corner's response to my compliments and inquiry? 'We don't have reviews. Thank you very much.' I wasn't looking for them to appreciate my appreciation but I honestly did expect a 'Welcome to the E-juice Corner family' or 'We're always happy to hear from a satisfied customer.' Their curt, seemingly indifferent response left me feeling they were suspect. Nonetheless, I suggested they might consider adding reviews in the future. Everyone I know depends on them, to varying degrees, to help them decide which new products to try. Their second response? 'I will think about it. Thx.'
The clipped replies may not seem like a big deal to a lot of people but to me they reveal a distinct lack of customer gratitude. I don't feel I can depend on someone to do right by me in the event of an issue if they can't even be bothered to spend a few minutes on an email. At this point I couldn't be more turned off to E-juice Corner if my order had arrived with one bottle broken and the other with the wrong nicotine level.
