what is the best way to change nic level of your older juice

If you have a Lab & a 4 year degree in chemistry is the only way I know of. I can make it go up, but not down.
If you DIY, it's easy .. if you bought the juice, not so easy.
If you DIY, just add another 1/3 of a batch to it with out the nicotine =12%
If you bought it, and don't have any flavoring to add to it, then it will weaken the flavor to cut it with just pg/vg
If it's a strong flavored juice, you might still like it anyway.
The only other way is to buy some more of the juice at 0 nicotine, and cut it with that.

As Slots said if you bought it you will cut the flavor concentration considerably going down to 6mg. Adjusting the mix with PG or VG down to 12mg wouldn't be all that bad depending on how concentrated the original mix was. If you have a choice I would cut it with VG as it will remain a bit sweeter and retain vapor qualities better than PG.
