What is this Piece i have

I got a whole bunch of these but cant figure out what they do or go do bought over 100 liquids, 6watt starter tanks 3 6-8watt mods and all kinds of other stuff for 23$ and these were included

Doing a google search, it looks related to parts for a solids vaporizer, which is something they don't allow discussions about on here, I may be wrong, not much to really go on with just that photo.

What they look like to me is what we used to use to refill carto tanks. When your tank was empty you remove the drip tip then you slide the end with oring into the top of the cartomizer and push down enough so that the holes on the side are inside your tank then pour liquid in the bowl until tank is full. Push Cartomizer back up until tank is sealed again. Remove and replace drip tip and continue vaping. Supposed to create less mess and allow you to completely fill tank.

Too far back for me , Thanks Sonar, it also looked like what I mentioned above in my post, we both could be right...LOL
