Whats "down range?"

Hey guys, new to the forum, old to vaping. Army Vet, 6 years, 11 bang bang, a couple tours. Been out since '11, started vaping a few months after that back when all you could find were those shitty little cigarette shaped mods that poured juice directly into your mouth. Been doing the DIY stuff for about two years and I got pretty good at it, haven't even bought juice in 19 months. Even made my own mod once, but the battery blew up so I haven't made another one. Its late and I'm drunk. Talk to you guys later!
