Where's the taste coming from?

I have a recipe I'm working on, that is spot on at the moment. But I suspect it's going to get even sweeter as it steeps. Where do I need to make the reduction here?

Coconut (TFA) 4%
Bavarian Creme (TFA) 2%
Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP) 2%
Cheese Cake (Graham Crust - TFA) 2%

If I were working with this, I would try it like this...

Vanilla Custard v1 4% (I use v1 but might be the same for v2)
Bavarian Creme 2%
Cheese Cake (Graham Crust - TFA) 3.5%
Coconut 2.5%
