Had anyone came across this juice call Wisenheimer, if someone had clone this juice please help me out, its from freecigs.

If you describe a bit you can probably get some help recreating the description. I've never had that one, so I wouldn't know where to begin to think about it.

"A nostalgic mix of sweet and tart, reminiscent of popular powdered candies."
From that, I'd start with TFA Sweet & Tart, maybe 6-7% and see if that got me close.
