I've seen a lot of recipes that call for yogurt or maybe just a lot of mention of it. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what exactly does it do for your recipe and what does it taste like?

TFA Greek Yogurt adds a tart sorta creamy tasty. Interesting but at higher %'s I don't care for it. Anything above 8% would scare me.

CAP Creamy Yogurt is like Cream with some tang, maybe like sour cream (4-5%).
CAP Greek Yogurt is a bit more more sour tho.
They can add a bit of creamy tang to fruits & cheesecakes...

I'm a fan of CAP Creamy yogurt with fruits and just a bit of FA fresh cream to round it off. May give the yogurt/meringue a shot though.
