Oh most likely just stress. Random careening out of control thoughts. The usual lol. I'm used to it it has come and gone for years
Wow..I've been fortunate as I learned not to stress over things I can't control..I get that fuck-it attitude, lol...been always able to fall asleep easily, sometimes too easy, lol
Tonight I'm physically tired from running a weed eater all day long, got a hot soak in the Jacuzzi followed by a nice cold shower, the shock really wakes up my body, lol
Before bedtime its usually a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows, and I'm normally in my warm waterbed by 10p sometimes falling asleep watching a old black and white movie on a timer..I guess everyone is different how they relax every night but this is what works for me to get a good night's rest every night..

According to tv we. Have a wake & sleep circut in our brain. Mine has been broken 45 years or more. Could go 3 days without sleep in my younger days. After 30 hours I get stupid anymore. The price of team coast to coast truckin'.

Allo. Sorry for taking a while to reply, the much dreaded and 4 time postponed suite inspection was supposed to be tomorrow, so I stayed home and have been cleaning my ass off.
Turns out, its not tomorrow. There was a notice on the elevator that it has been moved to Wed, the day after tomorrow. Grrrrr.
Puppy panics when I start cleaning, she had a traumatic puppyhood before I got her as a pup, and some of it involved a lot of moving, so whenever she sees stuff being put in bags, she starts pesting.
Things are pretty much done, but now I have to take another day off, because I insist on being here when the co-op faschists come inspecting. I have to DIY a noxious juice yet tonight, so I can be sure to expedite them on Wed. I wonder of I have time for a garlic extraction....
Just realized this morning, that most residents here probably don't vape, much less DIY much less experiment with flavor extraction, so it took 2 hours to make the spare room look less like Walter White's lab.
Nothing like seeing imaginary deer running in front of you on the highway, or waking up from a snooze in the cockpit wondering what that Mountain Goat is is doing in the cloud bank in front of you to snap one fully awake...

That's me too! If my eyes open at 3am the head starts and won't stop,,, many nights I've been up playing candy crush at 3am. Very hard to get the wheels to stop turning.

See? No slacker here, I read through before I said my GOOD MORNING!!! This new job thing is consuming my life... I had an offer from the new place which I immediately rejected... $1/hr more than I make now??? I hardly think so. Especially since my current drive is 1/4mile and the new drive is 40,, I'd end up in the hole!! I expect a counter offer today. Meanwhile the current boss is scrambling,, trying to convince administration how bad it's going to be if three more of us leave. They aren't interested. It's such a mess... Everyone is miserable, stressed to the max... It's gotten way crazy. And makes me think it's time to get out. Ahhhhhh life,, what would it be without a little craziness?
