Head's still killing me... still don't really know why, but I was coughing up a lot yesterday, so I'm wondering if I might have one of those dread viruses some of you guys have been battling; kinda hope so, instead of another bacterial sinus infection that requires antibiotics.

Got an asthma checkup appt on ther 11th. I can't be going for just any little thing -- no insurance. If I still have it then, then I'll have to tell him.. and about the diarrhea too.
Not much I can do about the latter, if it's my gallbladder; without insurance, the only way I can get it taken out is if it's an emergency. Which I'm hoping won't happen; I'm still paying off the surgeon for the appendectomy in 2014, still over $1000 to pay.Andria

Yep it does... but the kaiser permanente thru my husband's work costs so much that we'd have to give up either eating or paying the mortgage. I got the 'can't afford it' exemption on the taxes. Still owe almost $500 to the hospital too. (except they sold the debt to an attorney, who I'm paying)

Took Sue to doctor appointment earlier,we cross a small bridge on the way there. On the way back the creek had flooded the fields in about two hours. The storms this afternoon are supposed to be bad
Hospitals don't advertise it but most have what is called a Care card or program, based on conditions and income, could wipe what you owe. It's worth a trip to the hospital to check out just what programs they offer.
We are doing great and hope you are also. Good to hear your lungs are getting better.

I can remember when I was young ( yes at one time I was young ) Insurance was a benefit where you worked, no one payed to have it
That is a great price. I just don't like it when a business doesn't give you choices to save you money on shipping.

You guys really rock. Was celebrating wife's promotion last night. She is killing it in her career, passed me by long ago. My only real job now is to make her life easier, and that suits me fine. Recently celebrated our 25th anniversary...what she still wants with an old goof ball like me I'll never know. But I hardly see her anymore, she's busy as hell. So it's nice to have some company these days. I know I do nothing but joke around a lot, but just wanted to say thanks. Really appreciate the friendship.
