My mod won't work!

I get an error message ( p7020151010-0 ) and it will not start. Could it be the battery? All else seems in order and i have had no other problems with my other mods. i just to know what this message means.

Elephone Ele Cigar P70w TC Box Mod. its brand new! Just had it for 4 weeks and I left it charging as usual on my desktop pc usb port and the following morning it would not turn on, but if i leave it still plugged it only gives me the aforementioned message and won't turn on!

It takes a 18650 battery Did you pop the battery out then put it back in?
and what battery do you have in the Unit?

the brand is new to me. but I would try and make it restart if possible(remove battery if you can). put it on the charger to see if that will reset it.
and if neither of those things work I would contact the manufacturer on that website.

Did but I guess I am going to have to return it for a new one, removing the battery and restarting did not work. Thanks man.

That could be the issue in and of it self.
Most USB will over charge it.

And if the that doesn't work.....................Get a BIGGER hammer and apply more firmly...

As far as shipping the pieces back...........include a large jar of Vaseline with the pieces, that can make the process go more smoothly.............
