I need coffee

As much as I want a couple of cups.....I figure that I better wait until after the Dr. appt. today. If he sends me for bloodwork....I don't want any of my #'s all crazy from sugar, caffeine, etc. etc. . SUCKS waiting til' noon.....for your morning coffee. I don't think that one day of this.....will kill me.

Yup.....you nailed that one. I do need at least a cup in the morning (2 is the norm)....or I get the "lack of caffeine" headaches.

It's terrible! I quit drinking anything carbonated or with caffeine in 2012 over the course of a few years I lost a little over 100lbs. then I started school and I have 3 kids so I brought back both into my daily routine and I gained back 30lbs

Giving up my horrible habit of 4-5 Diet Pepsi/day was almost as hard as giving up smokes. I felt like a walking zombie for a month.

Now I just feel like a walking zombie because I'm butt ass tired of cold, rainy days. LMAO

Been drinking it for a number of years and in fact is perking right now filling my room with that wonderful coffee aroma..perfect way I wake up along with a few good deep vapes.. Its funny too because there is gourmet coffee offered free down at the casino as well as a Starbucks close by in Alpine..I still prefer my Folgers, lol
