chilli

Hi

From memory recently about a week ago I had some really hot 5 min noodles. It was hot to the point that I really enjoyed it. It was so hot I could smell the chili before I ate it. Anyhow I noticed after that my vapes tasted different. Days after this still seems to be the case. And when I tried something new(milk and honey) I could really taste it. Is this the effect of the chili meal or vaper's tongue?

thanks.

1. you had some hot 5 min noodles
2. you smelled the chili before you ate it
Which is it? Noodles or Chili?

Well they were 5min Noodles, but they were smothered in chili. The chili was added but it was from a small satchel inside the same pack as the 5min noodles. And yes I could smelly the strong chili smell before I ate the noodles :).

My guess is going to be Vaper's Tongue
What kind of noodles have chili? That sounds delicious!

The reason being is Iv only been using a vape for like 3 weeks now and I vaped a juice called islands(sweet with undertones of coconut) as my all day vape.
So by then it had been 2 weeks since I started vaping do you really develop vaper's tongue that quickly? Right now I can taste the coconut and some sweetness but no body to it like before. Dose this mean I will be forever changing juices? Will I ever enjoy the old juices I once enjoyed again? Perhaps this has to do with the fact that I quit ciggies have a better pallet now?

It is a good idea to rotate your juices every once in a while
Maybe even try shocking your tongue with some eliquid that has some menthol
Vapers Tongue can come and go quickly, there really is no time on how long it takes to affect someone

Yes, it can happen. Drink more water. You're probably dehydrated too.

The good news about Vaper's Tongue... it's temporary and will go away. The only thing that ever worked for me was time, but Oil Pulling does help some. It's kinda gross but it's great for oral hygiene.

LOL tried it and gross is an under statement.. I have never retched without throwing up that hard in my entire life.

Noodles and chili...must be from Cincinnati! :D

I found my ADV because of vapors tongue. I was sent a sample of Halo SubZero (super strong menthol) with an order, and found that when I had taste issues, vaping on the SubZero for a day cleared it right up! Soon, I began to just want the SubZero all the time.

Been vaping the stuff 95% of the time for the better part of 3 years now. I still enjoy the occasional dripper loaded up with some flavor or another, but I always go back to the SubZero.

Dear GAWD...id never heard of "oil pulling", and decided to look it up. Don't think I'll be trying that anytime soon. I might, if it would save my life from some horrible and painfully slow and torturous death...but just to clean my choppers?

I'll just brush longer. ;)

I got a few tricks for DVT combat.
Peppers, I have a selection of 50k to 500k peppers and extracts... a few ghost peppers floating around also..
Homemade kimchi.
Hot pickles.
Ginger lemon tea.

Man I love that stuff. There's one super close. Been a fan for many, many years now.

I'll never forget the first time I ordered from Skyline...walked in, sat down, and the waitress walks up and asks, "Hi, would you like a 3-way?".

All I could think to say was, "Shouldn't we get to know each other a little first?"

LOL I hear ya. I remember the first time I sat down there they asked if I'd like to see a menu. I thought, are you serious? WTF? Now I get it.

When I taste test e-Liquids I used lemon flavored water to cleanse my palate. Also the best is to use Lemon Sorbet to cleanse the palate. Good luck!
